Ability to print and/or download proofs
I have some clients that like to print hard copies of their proofs. Before the 'Share for Review" feature, it was a lot of pdf's making made and uploaded, which tended to crash my InDesign, so I do enjoy not having to create so many, and having one link throughout the process.
However, there is no option for the client to download a pdf or to print the pages directly from the proof... so then I'm back to making pdf's again. That is the only thing so far my clients seem unhappy about with the new proofing system, is the…25 votes -
Ability to pass ownership of Share For Review to another user, or indeed share ownership
It would be really beneficial to be able to move ownership of a Share For Review to another user or indeed be able to have a buddy be the owner as often we move our documents around our workforce.

improve pdf comments!
Firstly, kudos on the improved PDF comments. They are much much faster. No comparison. Thank you. It also seems to be working (although not tested much) much better with mixed English and Hebrew.
However, if you look at the attached screenshot, ❶ the comment icon is small and b/w. It would be extremely helpful if this was large and ❷ just like in DC, the comments box wastes tons of space. It would be nice if the text was much larger. This was executed very nicely in Acrobat XI (ruined in DC which nobody can use now). Could you make…

Share for Review - Option to select/highlight text
When an editor is reviewing the document it whould be verry nice to have the option to select a part of a sentence that has to be corrected. Now there is only the option to pin it or draw a shape.
The editor now had to select the text, make a Pin and paste the text that has to be changed in the review box and add the new text.
Ideal whould be to have the option when text is selected the interface makes a new notiation from the selected text and highlights it in the document.

STOP REQUIRING AN ADOBE ID to Review
1st this Review feature is long overdue. other updates and features are also long overdue. Sharing needs to be easier!!! Many clients, producers, freelance artists and brand owners are not Adobe users and they do not adopt things they don't understand right away. we need a way to share and review work that isn't just recruiting for adobe. pay attention to your subscribers needs not more barriers. The subscription model has been the empty shell everyone feared it would be and you all have no motivation to update adequate solutions

How to release an IP address on a Mac?
To release and renew your IP address in Mac OS X, you’ll use the Network system preferences to renew the DHCP Lease.
- Click the Apple button and choose System Preferences.
- Choose the Network icon.
- Select your method of connecting to the internet. In most cases it will either be Ethernet or Wi-Fi.
- Click Advanced.
- If you selected Ethernet, you should already be in the TCP/IP tab heading. If you aren’t, or if you selected Wi-Fi, click the TCP/IP tab heading.
- Click Renew DHCP Lease.
- Click OK to exit the Advanced window, and then exit System Preferences.
A restart may be…

More relevant Share for Review page title
I've recently started using the Share for Review feature which is great, however when sharing the link on Skype (as well as other messaging platforms I'd assume), it shows the link title as “Your Work | Adobe Creative Cloud” which isn’t very accurate or helpful to whoever I’m sharing the review page with.
It would be ideal if the HTML title of the review page could contain the title I input when I set up the review page, so that the link preview is much more relevant for someone you might be sharing it with.

Share for review deadline
Hi team,
Share for review is looking fantastic, however there is one feature we really need and that is to be able to set a review deadline, is this on the cards for any time soon?
It would be great if it worked something like this:
– Select user or group to share with
– Set their deadline to submit feedback
– Automatic reminders if they haven't reviewed leading up to the deadline
– Lock or revoke their access to view after the review deadline has passedThanks

Automatic version control for Share for Review
Would it be possible for InDesign to apply version control (like GitHub) to Share for Review? What if, for example, designers could choose a versioning standard in the preferences panel (e.g. 1.0.1 vs 2020.v1.1) which is then activated when you Share for Review and updated every time the link is updated?

Share for review - A Great New Feature
I just started testing the new Share for Review and am really liking it so far - very smooth and an upgrade over the Publish online feature which I tried but found was no better than just saving a PDF to the cloud and sharing that. I like that in Share for Review I can just hit update on an active document. I am hoping over time to see the following added to this great new feature:
- The ability to allow clients to download a PDF version
- More Annotation tools (Highlights, cross-out, underlines, etc...)
- The Ability to Create Versions
- Bonus…

Share for review file management
Hi, I would like to be able to manage files I shared for review in bulk: sometimes I have a lot of files I want to delete at once, but I cannot find a way to do that (have to delete them seperately and click a confirm button again and again...) If this option already exists, please let me know where to find it!

Share for Review feature notifications settings should be accessible in InDesign, not only Adobe Cloud
The share review feature could use a lot of work. First off, the notification settings should be in InDesign, not Adobe cloud. People don't know to go to Adobe Cloud to adjust notifications, nor did you tell anyone. Also, review comments in InDesign are still a bit glitchy, sometimes the pin or highlighted content does not appear within the editor when viewing review comments. Thanks you!

Share for Review with Slug Area
I use slugs with my layouts and clients reference the information there, as well as vetting production elements like crops and color swatches. I would like the option to Share for Review with crop and slug area included.

Rotate pages feature neccesary for Share for Review
My file for printing has to be horizontal (it opens up, its a calendar), so I rotate the view 90 degrees for working. When I share for review, my coworkers see the file horizontal and cannot rotate the pages on the Acrobat preview, also I cannot rotate or do something so they can view it differently, so our calendar is being reviewed with lots of neck straing.
Please do something!

Comments to Zoom Where Pin Is
If you are selecting a comment, the pin will have a small way of highlighting (whether it be a small square, yellow highlighter, red strikethrough or blue strikethrough) and will fit page to screen. This can be difficult to see when there are a lot of comments on one page. It would be helpful for it to center and zoom into the comment by 50% when selecting it.
Another recommendation: When I tag a reviewer, they get the email about my tag. However, when they go to find this tag, they have to scroll through every comment to find it.…

Enable importing of comments from PDF Review in Document Cloud
Importing of comments from a review being shared via Document Cloud makes perfect sense, this would make a seamless process. The new share for review feature looks great but is too buggy to use at the moment with clients (I have tried)
