Access setting defaults
Share for review is a game changer! Thank you! But every time the compiling and uploading is done I need to change the access type from access setting it has to re-compile and upload. This is such a shame.

Share for Review: Page view instead of Spread View
I am having lots of people reviewing page-oriented instead of spread-oriented documents. (Books, manuals and the like.) Some are asking why they can't view the PDF in Share for Review as a single scrolling page, like in Adobe Reader. I personally don't care, but I have no answer for them. It would be nice, and it seems it would be technically not that difficult, to support single-page view. This would really help people reviewing on a tablet or a phone.

Keep Comments on the Spread When Resolved
My reviewers love being able to see the conversation and comments all the other reviewers are making, saving them time by not making the same comment over and over. My proposal team thinks the interaction between InDesign and SFR is wonderful!! In our large documents, we have found as we start to make the edits, the comments disappear making it challenging for the document editor to find where they were. The comment totally disappears or it throws them to the end of the list in a pile of "unmapped comments." BUT it then totally moves the comment off the spread.…

Ability to select page range(s), individual pages vs spreads, etc. directly in the export process, not buried in the last PDF export settings.

share for review accept changes
It would be extremely helpful to allow the Share for Review comments to be implemented with a click of a button, just like we can currently do by importing PDF comments.
Having to retype the changes a reviewer suggests is not only time consuming, but also allows for errors, since it has to be retyped. And if this already works in the PDF comments, it should work on this.

Option to pick your default Share for Review Private or Public Access Setting
This may already be available (if so please teach me), but I don't see it.
Having the share for review option able to default to either public or private access. I can't tell you how many times I am in a rush and forget to click public and then the person gets back and says, they don't have access.

Allow to export pdf with comments for archival purposes
Once we are done with a project, we package all of our files and upload to our server. It would be nice to be able to export the reviewed documents as pdfs that include all of the comments made. Just for archival purposes in case we ever go back and wonder why certain changes were made.

Add comments from InDesign to reviewer using Share for Review
It seems like owners of documents can only reply to existing comments made in the Share for Review document but can't create comments in InDesign that appear in the Share for Review document. Often, we have a question about text or images that the reviewer needs to answer, but we have to first Share for Review and then create the comment there. It would be great if we could convert InDesign Notes to comments for the reviewer that they can see in the Share for Review side panel.

Enable the user to select specific pages, spreads or page ranges to share for review
I would like to be able to create a link (to share for review) for specific pages or page ranges, so I can send a stakeholder the work applicable to them and not sharing my whole document with them.

When in InDesign and reviewing comments from Share for Review, it would be nice to have the comments identified by page # as well as spread #.

Center and zoom in
I often find it hard to spot the pins on the canvas when reviewing comments for a busy layout. A center in and zoom level or a better highlighted pin would be awesome!

share for review improvement
Hi Adobe, share for review is an amazing feature. Three simple features I'm really missing
- A button where my client can officialy approve the design
- An option to show higher res pdf's
- Copy paste possibility from the review in Indesign: as a designer you need to copy new given texts from clients. Now I have to type everything with the possibility of mistakes. Moreover, a lot of designers are more visually focussed and sometimes even dyslectic. A must have and simple feature in my eyes.

share for review track changes
If you add a "track changes" option in the share for review function, it will be super! Now my clients mark things to be changed (mostly textual corrections) and when i've marked them as done, the marking is gone, so the client can't verify that the changes are made the way they wanted.

InDesign Share for Review
Would like to have the ability to notify (email) members/people whenever a link has been updated. Currently, without notifications sent, we can go hours before a client looks at revisions because they didn't realize the change was made.

Share several separate files as one (using Book feature possibly) in Share for Review
The Share for Review is a fantastic feature.
We publish magazines that are designed in several different files for each section. It would be great if you could combine files and share for review (possibly using the Book feature). Currently the Book features allows you to create a single PDF from several separate files into one.
This option would be great when Sharing for Review instead of creating a PDF.24 votes -
Tagging/Notifications for Guests
I use the Share for Review feature mostly with users who do not have or need Adobe licenses - and for security all documents have to be password protected. Therefore, most of my reviewers are 'guests' and only receive notifications if I reply to something they said. If I add a new comment on my own, or revise text or try to direct their attention to a new Pin, they do not receive any kind of notification. It would be useful if I could tag guest users via their email address and they could get an email. If this is…
